Our Inspiration
In Africa, the baobab is known as the “tree of life.” Villagers gather beneath its wide branches to meet, to listen, to resolve, and to learn. These gatherings are as much about presence and respect as they are about words. Everyone has a voice; everyone has the chance to be heard. This image of sitting under a tree – listening deeply, sharing openly – is at the heart of how we coach. Whether in a one-to-one conversation or a circle of leaders, coaching is about creating a space of safety, trust, and curiosity. It is about pausing from the noise, and engaging with what truly matters.
